Justin Amash and Spike Cohen to Speak at LPIL State Convention 2021

Justin A. Amash is an American lawyer and politician. In January 2011, he was elected as the U.S. Representative for Michigan’s 3rd congressional district. Amash chaired the Liberty Caucus and is the first and only Libertarian to hold a seat in Congress.
Jeremy “Spike” Cohen is an American activist, businessman, and podcaster. He is the Libertarian Party’s nominee for Vice President of the United States in the 2020 election. Cohen ran with Vermin Supreme for President in the 2020 Libertarian Presidential Primaries and was actively involved in campaigning. Even though Supreme was not nominated, Cohen won the vice-presidential nomination and ran as Jo Jorgensen’s running mate.

Convention Pricing
The Libertarian Party of Illinois State Convention will be held October 8-9 in Bradley-Bourbonnais. There are a number of affordable pricing options available to attend the whole weekend, or just selected events. Full participation is encouraged, as no one will want to miss out on this year's festivities!
You may attend the Friday Night social events and the Business Meeting free of charge. If you want to join with us in our workshops and meals, we have packages you can buy.
Lifetime members are entitled to a Gold Package, but will need to pay an upcharge for Platinum.
Platinum Plan Pricing will not change, but others are offered at reduced rates for early registrations.

DuPage Libertarians Participate in the Good Ole Days Parade in Winfield, IL
On September 12, the DuPage Libertarians participated in the Winfield Good Ole Days parade. This was a welcome event, after having many events cancelled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
